don't smoke or drink alcohol


cardiovascular exercise >3x/ week


get >7hours of sleep nightly


eat 4-6 servings of fruits & vegetables, eat berries, handful of nuts/day, and fish 3x/ week, etc.

What to do if you are Sick

STAY AT HOME

 

  1. take OTC cough medications
  2. rest, drink warm fluids
  3. don't be around other people
  4. wash your hands
  5. cough into your elbow
  6. don't shake hands with people, etc. 


REMAIN home for 2 weeks.


**Seek medical attention ONLY if symptoms worsen (ie shortness of breath, etc.
